Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
1. Responsible for the operation of the official site of the company. Plan and perform online marketing and copywriting.
2. Responsible for shooting and archiving daily activities and medical materials.
3. Responsible for the operation of social platforms like Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, and social interaction in forum/blog/community.
4. Responsible for the posting and maintenance of Chinese social networks including RED, WeChat Moments, WeChat official account, etc.
5. Responsible for online advertising, e.g. Facebook/Google Ads.
6. Analyze users’ behavior and profiles. Formulate all kinds of targeted marketing activities to increase customer conversion and consumption. Formulate social network operation strategies.
7. Explore and analyze users’ preferences and hot news. Track user information on social networks and improve the web traffic and performance of the company. Grasp the market trend on time and identify new market and customer needs. Put forward suggestions for improvements on the company’s development strategies.
8. Responsible for the monthly and annual sales promotion, planning, marketing promotion, updating, and follow-up work.

Job Requirements:
•Bachelor degree or above. Major in marketing, advertising, etc. Applicants with successful cases of marketing planning and promotion are preferred.
•At least 1 year of experience in related fields (marketing or social network operation).
•Be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English. Good communication skills.
•Have excellent learning ability. Capable of quickly mastering all kinds of knowledge related to the business. Familiar with the operation of various office software. Have good copywriting and planning skills.
•Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Yelp, Weibo and other social media. Be skilled in promoting our products and responding to customers’ inquiries.
•This is a full-time position. Applicants should be able to file tax returns and work full-time.
